The location in a quiet area was marvellous and stunning and there were a bakery and shops nearby. Had a tidy room with with terrace and excellent shower for my comfort.

hotel overlooked courtyard and the room was well-equipped and well laid out. everything exceeded all expectations, had a perfect 10/10 stay for our short visit to verona. the staff was amicable, some of them especially. the location was absolutely perfect and comfortable for walking around juliet's house. it was set in a secure area.

The room at Relais Pensiero was incredible! It had everything we needed, like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a coffee machine. The bed was so cozy and the balcony was a lovely touch. I felt like I was in my own little oasis.

Personally, I didn't really like the soundproofing in the room. It made me feel a bit closed off from the outside world.

We had the best stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the Arena and right in the center of the city. We loved how easy it was to explore this city from the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even provided us with a selection of teas and fresh croissants from a nearby bakery, which was such a nice touch. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, just a 5-minute walk from the Arena. The room was newly renovated and beautifully decorated, with fresh flowers and books adding to the atmosphere. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The breakfast, although typical for Italy, was delicious with coffee, pastries, yogurt, and fruit.
